🔹با توجه به ماندگاری برودت هوا طی روزهای اخیر که در روز سه‌شنبه در برخی استان‌ها تشدید نیز خواهد شد و بر اساس تصمیم کارگروه مدیریت مصرف انرژی استان اردبیل، روز سه‌شنبه ۷ اسفند ۱۴۰۳ همه مدارس، دانشگاه‌ها، دستگاه‌های اجرایی و بانک‌ها (با تعیین شعب کشیک خدمات‌رسان) و مؤسسات دولتی و غیردولتی استان (به جز دستگاه‌های خدمات‌رسان) تعطیل اعلام می‌شود.

This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. Pavel Durov, Telegram's CEO, is known as "the Russian Mark Zuckerberg," for co-founding VKontakte, which is Russian for "in touch," a Facebook imitator that became the country's most popular social networking site. Again, in contrast to Facebook, Google and Twitter, Telegram's founder Pavel Durov runs his company in relative secrecy from Dubai.
