В текущем году на благоустройство 146 общественных территорий и реализацию 8 конкурсных проектов из федерального бюджета выделен 1 млрд 770 млн рублей. В том же числе 520 млн рублей на реализацию проектов-победителей Всероссийского конкурса лучших проектов в малых городах и исторических поселениях.

"And that set off kind of a battle royale for control of the platform that Durov eventually lost," said Nathalie Maréchal of the Washington advocacy group Ranking Digital Rights. "The argument from Telegram is, 'You should trust us because we tell you that we're trustworthy,'" Maréchal said. "It's really in the eye of the beholder whether that's something you want to buy into." The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted.
