فمن حقّ العالمِ بالتشريعِ أن يخبُرَ أفانينَ هذه المصالح في ذاتها، وفي عوارضها، وأن يسبر الحدود والغايات التي لاحظتها الشريعة في أمثالها وأحوالها، إثباتا ورفعا، واعتدادا ورفضا، لتكون له دستورًا يُقتدى، وإمامًا يحتذى، إذ ليس له مطمع -عند عروض كل النوازل النازلة، والنوائب العارضة- بأن يظفر لها بأصلٍ مماثلٍ في الشريعة المنصوصة، ليقيس عليها، بله* نصٍّ مقنعٍ يفيء إليه، فإذا عنّت للأمة حاجةٌ، وهرع الناسُ إليه يتطلّبون قولَه الفصلَ فينا يقدِمون عليه؛ وجدوه ذكيَّ القلبِ، صارم القول، غير كسلانٍ ولا متبلِّد.

The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. During the operations, Sebi officials seized various records and documents, including 34 mobile phones, six laptops, four desktops, four tablets, two hard drive disks and one pen drive from the custody of these persons. In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation."
