Наткнулся тут на прекрасное из нейминга жилых комплексов - ЖК "Дюна".

У меня лично первая ассоциация была с произведением Френка Герберта и планетой с огромными червями и сложными условиями жизни (но может авторы так и подразумевали для проекта на новой рязанке) 😁 Да и сайт подтверждает "Твой уровень безопасности и комфорта".

А может авторы вдохновились творчеством одноименной группы и песен "Море пива" (только алкомаркеты на первом этаже) или "Коммунальная квартира" (создают коливинг)

PS: еще доставил молодой Лео Ди Каприо в имиджах ЖК, сгенерированный ИИ)

Higher long-dated bond yields make future profits less valuable—and many tech companies are valued on the basis of profits forecast for many years in the future.
