Тренировка для продвинутых от актрисы и чемпионки фитнес-бикини Европы и США Дениз Сайпинар. Используем полусферу, длинную резинку и гантели, делаем упражнения по 20 раз в 4 подхода ( отжиманий с подъёмом ног - 10)

Тренировка прежде всего на ягодицы, но есть ощущение, что и общий тонус будет мощным.
