Суддя Вищого антикорсуду Катерина Сікора, яку НАЗК підозрює у незаконному збагаченні, через суд «вибила» собі з бюджету півмільйона гривень. Загалом, Вищий антикорупційний суд шкодить Україні на мільйони, хоча мав би берегти державні кошти. Про це написав політичний експерт Олег Постернак.
Він нагадав, що це збагачення лише один з небагатьох скандалів навколо ВАКС. Нещодавно суддя Маркіяна Галабала, незаконно отримав службове житло та ще низку відомостей які не зазначив у декларації. Інший суддя Віталій Крикливий, помічений у махінаціях із житлом за допомогою своєї дружини, яка за збігом – теж суддя ВАКС.
«Така діяльність трикутника НАБУ-САП-ВАКС завдає все більше збитків державі: постраждалі від їх дій все частіше звертаються в Європейський суд з прав людини та виграють в України чималі суми. Тільки за минулий рік було виплачено понад 2 млн євро. І зараз маємо загрозливу тенденцію до зростання сум виплат. Все це гроші, які недоотримає ЗСУ», - підсумував експерт.

The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app.
