Живущие за границей белорусы все же смогут проголосовать на перевыборах Лукашенко – но только вернувшись в страну
Для лишившихся в ней прописки белорусский ЦИК создал 6 участков в разных городах (от Минска до Бреста), однако даже на них голосовать можно будет, только при условии постановки на консульский учет за пределами страны.
Собственно зарубежные участки белорусский ЦИК открывать не будет.
Сам Лукашенко был зарегистрирован в качестве кандидата сегодня.
Его перевыборы пройдут 26 января, он находится у власти с 1994 года.

They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours.
