Законопроект 237186-8 «О внесении изменений в статью 6 ФЗ «О связи» и «Жилищный кодекс РФ», предусматривающий беспрепятственный доступ провайдеров в жилые дома.

В ходе обсуждения, на котором присутствовали Министр строительства и ЖКХ РФ и Министр связи РФ, даже автор законопроекта А.Е.Хинштейн признал необходимость урегулирования вопросов технической возможности размещения сетей в домах, демонтажа сетей, возмещения ущерба, нанесенное общему имуществу МКД и т.п. При этом он говорил о том, что все эти вопросы большей частью будут прописаны в Постановлении Правительства. Максуд Шадаев заявил, что Постановление будет готово уже ко второму чтению (ожидается осенью).

Наш комитет по строительству и ЖКХ настаивает на серьезных поправках в сам текст законопроекта. Готовим.
