🤔 Эх.... Лично мы помним этот проект аж с 2016 года, именно тогда «Флэт и Ко» начал шевеления... Архитектура 👆, конечно, простенькая, впрочем, данное решение еще не получило одобрение города. Так что история данного комплекса продолжается, не исключено, что процесс подготовки к выходу на площадку таки отметит свое десятилетие.
