ГК «Основа» получила положительное заключение экспертизы по проекту строительства жилого комплекса «UNO.Соколиная гора» рядом со станцией МЦК «Соколиная Гора».

Жилой комплекс будет состоять из двух корпусов высотой в 17 и 21 этажей, рассчитанных на 642 квартиры. Общая площадь ЖК составит 41 994 м².

Комплекс будет построен по адресу: 8-я улица Соколиной Горы, вл. 26А.

Завершить строительство ЖК планируется в 2026 году.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." Markets continued to grapple with the economic and corporate earnings implications relating to the Russia-Ukraine conflict. “We have a ton of uncertainty right now,” said Stephanie Link, chief investment strategist and portfolio manager at Hightower Advisors. “We’re dealing with a war, we’re dealing with inflation. We don’t know what it means to earnings.” As such, the SC would like to remind investors to always exercise caution when evaluating investment opportunities, especially those promising unrealistically high returns with little or no risk.
