К многообразию концепций от Kleinewelt Аrchitekten для проекта Sminex добавилась еще одна. Но на этот раз автором выступает бюро СПИЧ. У этих ребят получилась версия в духе «привет, «Лаврушинский»». 👆

Ранее Kleinewelt Аrchitekten представлял три варианта визуалов: тут — «розовая нежнятина», там — «привычный беж», а здесь — «этюд в коричневых тонах».

📍 Локейшен: ЦАО, Тверской, ближайшие станции метро — «Пушкинская» и «Тверская» (350 м).
