13-летняя потерпевшая пришла за продуктами в местный супермаркет, где кассиром работал мужчина из Средней Азии. Юная покупательница ему приглянулась и он, покинув рабочее место, припустил вслед за ней, пытаясь при этом поцеловать. Девочке удалось отбиться от любвеобильного приезжего, после чего она сообщила о произошедшем матери, которая, в свою очередь, довела информацию до компетентных органов.
По данному факту возбуждено уголовное дело по ст.135 ч.2 УК РФ, фигурант задержан в порядке ст.91 УПК РФ. В отношении него решается вопрос об избрании меры пресечения в виде заключения под стражу.
