Как сообщают российские СМИ, 42-летнего Ржицкого застрелили во время утренней пробежки возле спорткомплекса "Олимп".
По предварительным данным, в мужчину выпустили несколько пуль — они попали в спину и грудь. После этого Ржицкий скончался на месте. Сам стрелявший сбежал.
Ранее Ржицкий был командиром подлодки «Краснодар».
