Две газотурбинные установки российского производства приобретет ПАО "Сахалинэнерго" (входит в Группу РусГидро) для пятого энергоблока Южно-Сахалинской ТЭЦ-1, чтобы заменить действующие установки производства General Electric.
Как сообщает пресс-служба сахалинского Минэнерго, в связи с введением санкционного режима в отношении России, ПАО "Сахалинэнерго" не в состоянии обеспечивать регламентные капитальные и средние ремонты газотурбинных установок (ГТУ) Южно-Сахалинской ТЭЦ-1, несмотря на наличие действующих договоров с подрядной организацией ООО "ДжиИ Рус".
По ее данным, таможенные органы США и Евросоюза отказывают в пропуске деталей ГТУ, которые направляют в Россию. Так как отсутствуют запчасти, проведение ремонта невозможно.
Согласно договору, первую ГТУ должны поставить на Южно-Сахалинскую ТЭЦ-1 до 31 августа 2023 года и ввести в эксплуатацию до 31 января 2024 года, срок поставки второй ГТУ - до 31 января 2024 года и ввод ее в эксплуатацию - до 31 июля 2024 года.
