«Галс-Девелопмент» приступил к инженерно-геологическим изысканиям для проекта строительства 80-этажного небоскреба класса А в «Москве-Сити».

Комплекс построят у моста «Багратион», называться он будет так же. Высота башни достигнет 398 метров.

Общая площадь здания составит 196 000 м², из них полезная ― 129 968 м².

Автор проекта ― Сергей Чобан, управляющий партнер бюро «СПИЧ».

Ввод объекта в эксплуатацию запланирован на 2030 год.
