На Лужнецкой набережной построят офисный центр.

Новый офисный комплекс будет построен на месте морально устаревшего бизнес-центра «Панорама-Центр», находящегося по адресу: Лужнецкая наб., вл. 6, стр. 1

Согласно ГПЗУ, на участке можно построить 34 484 м² деловой недвижимости.

Застройщиком выступает TODO MANAGEMENT, этой же компании и принадлежит БЦ «Панорама-Центр».

Для участка существует концепция от бюро KAMEN Architects. По задумкам архитекторов, проект офисного центра визуально продолжает концепцию здания Олимпийского комитета России, расположенного на соседнем участке, но при этом представляет собой композиционно завершенный объект. 

Правда, концепция выполнена аж в 2018 году и, скорее всего, уже не очень актуальна.
