👉Самый широкий выбор квартир в новостройках со сдачей в 2025 году представлен в Приморском районе Санкт-Петербурга. Здесь продается 1,75 тыс. лотов, что составляет 18,3% относительно общего количества квартир в продаже.
❌При этом в двух районах города — Кировском и Кронштадтском — предложений со сдачей в 2025 году нет. В Калининском и Колпинском районах объем предложения со сдачей в следующем году находится на отметке ниже 100 лотов.
