🏛30 октября 2024 года Псковский городской суд Псковской области вынес постановление по делу об административном правонарушении в отношении жителя г. Пскова Шлосберга Л.М, имеющего статус иностранного агента.
Он разместил в социальной сети «ВКонтакте» под своим именем информационный материал, не указав статус иноагента (ч 4 ст. 19.34 КоАП РФ).
⚖️ Суд признал Шлосберга Л.М. виновным и назначил наказание в виде административного штрафа в размере 30000 рублей.

And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered.
