🔸در ادامه دکتر ابوالفضل قنبری، عضو هیئت علمی دانشکده برنامه‌ریزی و علوم محیطی نیز به نقد و بررسی کتاب «امپراتور‌ی‌های شهری» پرداختند.

🔹سپس جناب آقای منصوری، دانشجوی دکترای اقتصاد شهری، مباحث بخش‌هایی از کتاب را به صورت اجمالی ارائه نمودند.

🔸پس از اتمام سخنرانی‌ها، دکتر کریمی با اهدای لوحی از میهمانان گرانقدر نشست تقدیر به عمل آورده و کتاب «امپراتور‌ی‌های شهری» به دست دکتر داود بهبودی و دکتر محمدباقر بهشتی، از اساتید پیشکسوت دانشکده اقتصاد و مدیریت رونمایی گردید.

🔹در پایان، اساتید و میهمانان محترم نشست با امضای خود، تصویری ماندگار در آلبوم خاطرات دانشکده اقتصاد و مدیریت دانشگاه تبریز به یادگار گذاشتند.

Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups.
