Я жуткий фанат сливочных соусов и это блюдо входит тоже в топ любимых.
Что нам нужно: 1️⃣Креветки (брала в Fishchat, они очищенные и невероятно вкусные) 2️⃣птитим 3️⃣сливки 4️⃣чеснок и лук 5️⃣молотый перец 6️⃣сливочное масло
Приготовление: На сливочном масле обжариваем лук и чеснок. Когда он немного подрумянится, забрасываем креветки, заливаем сливками, сверху посыпаем немного молотым перцем и чуть подсаливаем. В это же время отвариваем птитим. После того как наши макароны готовы, забрасываем их к креветкам и хорошо все перемешиваем. Можно подавать с зеленью и овощами. Мне очень вкусно.
