Вчера я сдала свою красиво оформленную магистерскую диссертацию в институт 🙏🏻 Эта финальная версия, которую будет с интересом (надеюсь) просматривать комиссия во время защиты 🤓 Защита еще предстоит 18 февраля.
Это был такой трогательный для меня момент 🥹 Я так гордилась собой. Вот она — МОЯ МАГИСТЕРСКАЯ ДИССЕРТАЦИЯ ПО ПСИХОЛОГИИ! в моих руках! Я СДЕЛАЛА ЭТО 💪🏻❤
Это вторая магистерская диссертация за мою студенческую карьеру. Совсем скоро я стану магистром психологии. И смогу называть себя магистром социальных наук и психологии 🤓 Круто же? 🥳
И пока любовалась своей книженцией, поняла в очередной раз вот что: порой мы не замечаем сам путь. Воспринимаем это как само собой разумеющееся.
Очень простая, но, возможно, полезная мысль: когда мы замечаем наш путь, мы с большей вероятностью будем продолжать по нему идти 🙏🏻
Это в том числе к вопросу «Как не слиться?» 💪🏻 Замечать, что вы УЖЕ делаете на пути к цели.
Давайте вместе двигаться маленькими шагами к тому, что важно ❤

Higher long-dated bond yields make future profits less valuable—and many tech companies are valued on the basis of profits forecast for many years in the future. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. "There are several million Russians who can lift their head up from propaganda and try to look for other sources, and I'd say that most look for it on Telegram," he said. Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation.
