В Стародубском Долинского района 9-летняя школьница потеряла мобильный телефон стоимостью около 7 000 рублей. Заявление в полицию написала её мама.
Сотрудники уголовного розыска оперативно выяснили обстоятельства, при которых пропал гаджет. Оказалось, что его нашёл 31-летний ранее судимый мужчина на детской площадке, когда шёл в магазин.
Вместо того, чтобы попытаться найти владельца, сахалинец извлёк SIM-карту и присвоил сотовый себе. Полицейские изъяли похищенный мобильный и вернули девочке.
Уголовное дело возбудили по части 1 статьи 158 УК РФ ("Кража"). Подозреваемый находится под подпиской о невыезде и надлежащем поведении, сообщает УМВД по Сахалинской области.
