В Новосибирске ипотечный платёж за стандартную двушку площадью 60 квадратов за период с 2019 по 2024 годы вырос на 610 %. Об этом сообщил аналитик рынка недвижимости Сергей Николаев.
– Рост средневзвешенного платежа при покупке по рыночной ипотеке стандартной 2-х комнатной квартиры площадью 60 квадратных метров, при первоначальном взносе 30% составил 610% — с 21,6 тысяч рублей в месяц до 131,8 тысячи рублей, – написал аналитик в соцсетях.
При этом арендные платежи за двушку за этот же период выросли на 105% и увеличились с 19 200 рублей в месяц до 39 300 рублей. Таким образом, рост платежей за ипотеку за вышеуказанный период обогнал рост ставок в три раза. В 2025 году рост платежей за аренду, по словам аналитика, продолжится.
