Псковская 76-я гвардейская Черниговская Краснознамённая, ордена Суворова десантно-штурмовая дивизия ВДВ, где служит Виселков, проявила себя с самого начала СВО в том числе в Киевской области.
С лета 2022 года дивизия участвовала, в частности, в наступательных действиях на одном из наиболее сложных участков Сватовско-Кременском. В прошлом году — была переброшена на Запорожское направление СВО.
