«Есть почти окончательный проект мирного договора с Азербайджаном, однако он не подписывается, так как Азербайджан каждый раз выступает с какими-то новыми предусловиями. Мы видим, что они не хотят подписывать договор», - сказал Мирзоян в среду в ходе панельной дискуссии на полях форума по безопасности в Варшаве.
По его словам, в Азербайджане говорят, что еще многое надо согласовать, однако в мире нет ни одного документа, который мог бы включить все вопросы.

On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. "The inflation fire was already hot and now with war-driven inflation added to the mix, it will grow even hotter, setting off a scramble by the world’s central banks to pull back their stimulus earlier than expected," Chris Rupkey, chief economist at FWDBONDS, wrote in an email. "A spike in inflation rates has preceded economic recessions historically and this time prices have soared to levels that once again pose a threat to growth." In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later.
