Лидером по ускорению стала Республика Башкортостан. Там показатель снизился на 1 час 38 минут. Жители Карелии в этом месяце стали получать первичный ответ на 55 минут быстрее. В пятерку лидеров также вошли Республика Чувашия, Владимирская область и ЕАО.

В числе регионов с отрицательной динамикой скорости ответа: ЯНАО, ХМАО, Республика Крым, Республика Дагестан и Самарская область.

Средняя скорость первичного ответа на обращения в июле составила 3 часа 27 минут. Это на 5 минут больше, чем в июне.
