В Горно-Алтайске проходит большой патриотический марафон «Вместе победим!» в поддержку наших бойцов, участников СВО с Алтая. 
 
Принять участие в нем в столицу нашей Республики, которая в эти дни отмечает 200-летие, приехали наши боевые товарищи и друзья - военкор Семен Пегов, Заслуженные артисты России Денис Майданов, Александр Маршал, Ольга Кормухина и лидер группы «Парк Горького» Алексей Белов, скрипач Петр Лундстрем.  
 
С нами в команде - Добрыня Сатин, Эмиль и Галина Толкочековы. И все жители нашей Республики.
 
Последние несколько недель в каждом районе Горного Алтая и в городе проходил гуманитарный сбор. И сегодня мы вместе отправили большой конвой с центральной площади Горно-Алтайска на передовую и в помощь жителям Курской области. 
 
Благодарю всех, кто принял в нем участие: Единую Россию, Народный фронт, фонд «Защитники Отечества», Совет солдатских матерей, все наши волонтерские организации, предпринимателей - всех жителей Республики Алтай, которые каждый день помогают нашим ребятам на передовой! 
 
Все мы одна большая команда - команда нашего Президента, команда Алтая.
 
И вместе делаем и будем делать все для Победы. И вместе обязательно победим!

Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. The account, "War on Fakes," was created on February 24, the same day Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a "special military operation" and troops began invading Ukraine. The page is rife with disinformation, according to The Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, which studies digital extremism and published a report examining the channel. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities.
