Ресторан «Арагви» у оперного театра еще не открылся, но вчера уже прошел генеральную проверку — красноярский застройщик-миллиардер Владимир Егоров отмечал там день рождения. Он и построил "Арагви" вместе с гостиницей между оперным и Дубровинского.

Владимир Владимирович — по всем параметрам человек несиюминутных ценностей. Даже на уровне артистов — для гостей пел, как будто прямо из 80-х, Вадим Казаченко («Больно-мне-больно»). И еще на сториз гостей засветилась «Лебедь белая» Юлия Михальчик.

Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. Soloviev also promoted the channel in a post he shared on his own Telegram, which has 580,000 followers. The post recommended his viewers subscribe to "War on Fakes" in a time of fake news. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. If you initiate a Secret Chat, however, then these communications are end-to-end encrypted and are tied to the device you are using. That means it’s less convenient to access them across multiple platforms, but you are at far less risk of snooping. Back in the day, Secret Chats received some praise from the EFF, but the fact that its standard system isn’t as secure earned it some criticism. If you’re looking for something that is considered more reliable by privacy advocates, then Signal is the EFF’s preferred platform, although that too is not without some caveats.
