苏州北站综合枢纽工程位于江苏省苏州市相城区高铁新城核心区域，涵盖了苏州北站站房工程及改扩建配套工程两大核心项目，计划将苏州北站打造成集“站城融合、产城融合、环境融合、文旅融合”于一体的综合交通枢纽。站房工程采用地上四层、地下三层的立体化设计，总建设规模达80.16万平方米，其中新建站房建筑面积约17万平方米。

作为既有京沪高铁、在建通甬高铁的共建车站，改扩建后的苏州北站将形成10台24线站场规模，并预留2台4线发展空间。苏州北站改扩建完成后，苏州轨道交通多条地铁线路将在此交会，使苏州北站成为集高速铁路、城际铁路、市域铁路及轨道交通于一体的综合性交通枢纽。目前，苏州北站正常运营，仅部分出入口暂时关闭。

苏州北站新建站房设计以“水漾姑苏、环秀飞虹”为理念，巧妙融入苏州水乡特色，“以水御形”构建整体形象。波浪形的屋面与环秀湖碧波呼应，尽显苏州水乡之韵；北光谷的空中环廊及层层退台可以为旅客提供绝佳的城市观景体验。

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Artem Kliuchnikov and his family fled Ukraine just days before the Russian invasion. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels.
