Трамваи для Волгограда ПК ТС изготовила по контракту с АО «ЭлектроТранспортПлюс» стоимостью 4,6 млрд рублей, подписанному в сентябре 2023 года. Более 3 млрд рублей на приобретение трамваев и модернизацию трамвайной инфраструктуры для Волгограда предоставила госкорпорация ВЭБ.РФ.
