В общем, для Коми и НАО это может означать, что магистраль Сыктыкар-Ухта-Усинск- Нарьян-Мар может быть не достроена: - мостовой переход через Печору ещё только в планах, а его проектирование оценивают в пол миллиарда рублей.

Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
