Проект реализуется Российским движением детей и молодежи «Движение Первых» при поддержке Федерального агентства по делам молодежи и позволяет всем желающим исполнить мечты детей с ограниченными возможностями здоровья, детей-сирот и ребят из малообеспеченных семей, детей участников СВО и из новых регионов страны.
