Ростовский областной суд утвердил приговор Октябрьского районного суда Ростова-на-Дону по делу бывшего замначальника ЮТУ Александра Скрипкина.
В августе прошлого года суд назначил ему восемь лет и один месяц колонии строгого режима за превышение должностных полномочий и получение взятки в 500 тыс.руб. от учредителя строительной компании Владислава Григориадиса. За эти деньги, по мнению следствия, Скрипкин способствовал победе последнего в конкурсе на получение госконтракта на покупку здания для ЮЭТ и Южного ЦЭДа.
Сам Григориадис, давший показания на Скрипкина, получил условный срок. Также к трем годам условно была приговорена бывший начальник контрактной службы ЮТУ ФТС России Екатерина Радченко.
