😉 Сообщается, что закрытый паевой инвестиционный фонд «Фостерс» под управлением УК «ЭйЭмЭс», которая управляет частью активов девелопера ГКФСК, закрыла сделку по покупке у «Химки Бизнес Парк» 10 га земли в подмосковных Химках рядом с одноименным деловым центром. По данным Росреестра, сделка была закрыта 24 декабря.
😉 Ранее участком владела IKEA, которая в 2008 году построила на нем 2 офисных здания из 6 планируемых, но из-за судебных тяжб и иных факторов шведы отказались от планов строительства следующих очередей бизнес парка. Летом 2023 года IKEA продала «Химки Бизнес Парк», где располагалась штаб-квартира компании, фирме «КЛС-Химки», которой владеют Григорий Саакян и Аркадий Даниелян.

Either way, Durov says that he withdrew his resignation but that he was ousted from his company anyway. Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
