Ранее глава Саратовской области поручал подрядчикам и мэрии завершить все дорожные работы к середине ноября. Но итогами остался недоволен.
Вот только в том, что сроки ремонтных работ затянулись, может быть, виновата не только местная администрация? Где же был сам Радаев? Или он думает, что достаточно поручить, а следить за выполнением в его обязанности не входит?
В общем, все как всегда: нашел крайних, а сам вышел сухим из воды.
