Але ж гэтыя справы нікуды не падзеліся, і штомесяц дзясяткі людзей у вобласці судзяць: 🔹за рэпосты ці нават проста падпіскі на "экстрэмісцкія матэрыялы" (апошняе суддзі трактуюць як "захоўванне з мэтай распаўсюду"). За такое караюць па ч.2 арт.19.11 КоАП. 🔹за "пікетаванне" (якое адбываецца, згодна з рашэннямі судоў, шляхам бел-чырвона-белага сцяжка ўнутры машыны, ці выявы бел-чырвона-белага сцяга побач з аватаркай у сацсетках). За гэта судзяць па арт.24.23 КоАП (былы артыкул 23.34 КоАП).
Як стала вядома сёння, 31.12.2022, з 1 студзеня 2023 года базавая велічыня вырасце з 32 да 37 рублёў.
Гэта значыць, што штрафы, якімі звычайна караюць па "палітычных" адміністрацыйных справах, таксама вырастуць.
