Вчера СК опубликовал официальное сообщение, что против Виктора Каллаура начата процедура спецпроизводства. Это значит, что мужчину смогут осудить заочно (заочно лишить свободы, что не особо имеет смысл — но еще смогут присудить штраф, на оплату которого отберут остающееся в Беларуси имущество).
Каллаура обвинили по трем статьям, которые часто используются для политического преследования после 2020 года: ст.188 (Клевета), ст.369 (Оскорбление представителя власти), ч.1 ст.130 (Разжигание вражды) УК РБ.
Что известно про Каллаура: ему 46 лет, а своих соцсетях поддерживает Украину в ее борьбе против нападения агрессора. В 2022 году мужчину объявили в беларуский розыск как "уклоняющегося от следствия" по статьям 130 и 369 УК РБ.

For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority.
