На 4 сентября в Пинске запланирован суд над двумя мужчинами: Волоцко Александр и Стасюкевич Артем. Их дела будут рассматривать разные судьи: Ольга Лубник и Евгения Мельник соответственно.
Обоих обвиняют по ч.1 ст.342 УК (Групповое нарушение общественного порядка). По нашим данным, дела связаны с акцией протеста, которая проходила с 9 на 10 августа 2020 года в Пинске.
Напомним, что ранее за ту акцию протеста осудили 29 человек — но по другой статье (ч.2 ст.293 УК "Массовые беспорядки"). Беларуские правозащитники признали их политзаключенными.
