Я всегда внимательно слушаю, что говорят не только мои коллеги "по вину", но и обычные потребители, ведь мне это продавать, а им - пить. Дегустировали вдвоем. Мое описание: "В аромате земляника, чай каркаде, ревень, красная смородина. Во вкусе так же, нежное послевкусие персика и тон крем-брюле. Обратил внимание, как долго держится перляж - удивительно!". И еще добавлю, что обычно такого уровня качества ждешь от более дорогой позиции, а тут еще и сорт винограда сложный - Пино Нуар. Описание простого потребителя: "Вкусное. Компот. Очень даже прилично". И конечно же, не делся скепсис: "Россия? Почему так дорого, раз оно российское?".
