Я тут выпала из жизни на сутки… траванулась чем-то.😢 Бессоная ночь у меня, зато Ева спала хорошо, всего два раза просыпалась. Спасибо тебе дочь🙏 Не знаю как бы я успевала уделить внимание и Еве и 🚽
День тоже выдался тяжелым: борьба со сном, отсутствие сил…и тут снова дочь порадовала, легко и быстро уснула сама и на дневной сон и в ночь! 🙏
Несмотря на то, что я весь день лежала, а это как призыв, чтобы подкормиться от матери, Ева стала реже подходить ко мне с этой целью, а это не может не радовать!
Остались ночные прикладывания для продления сна, надеюсь к дневным мы уже не вернемся!

So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives? Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones.
