Продолжаем наслаждаться Масленицей. Я вчера заточила блины с мясом с такиииим удовольствием, а утром готовила вот эти - Шпинатные блинчики-оладьи💚

Надо:
50 гр листьев шпината
260 гр воды
180 гр нутовой или миндальной муки
1/2 ч л соли

1. Воду шпинат и соль пробить блендером до однородности.
2. Добавить муку, пробить ещё раз. Дать постоять 10 минут.
3. Обжарить на хорошо разогретой сковороде с двух сторон.

К ним подойдет любая соленая начинка.(варианты вам положила в фото)

"There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. In this regard, Sebi collaborated with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) to reduce the vulnerability of the securities market to manipulation through misuse of mass communication medium like bulk SMS.
