Грандиозное полотно Ильи Репина «Торжественное заседание Государственного совета 7 мая 1901 года» спустя 107 лет вновь в Большом зале Мариинского дворца.

Над уникальной полномасштабной копией картины специалисты работали более двух месяцев, на монтаж ушло шесть дней. Она выполнена в технике «урбан-фреска», что позволяет добиться полного соответствия с шедевром. Для того, чтобы воссоздать багет, был сделан специальный слепок с оригинала.

Благодарим за такой подарок к 30-летию Законодательного Собрания Петербурга художника-урбаниста Олега Лукьянова, художественную мастерскую "Красотою мир спасётся", коллектив единомышленников. А также Русский музей и лично Аллу Манилову за содействие в реализации проекта.

And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts.
