Пока заявлено, что в столице Марий Эл предстоящей зимой будут функционировать два катка

Первый из них – на центральной площади столицы Марий Эл, на площади Ленина. Здесь завезено и уже установлено ограждение. В мэрии уточнили, что каток под открытым небом будет функционировать около памятника Ленину второй год подряд. Ожидается, что каток откроется к началу зимних праздников, с поправкой на погоду.

Установлен каток и на территории Центрального парка культуры и отдыха. Сейчас здесь занимаются благоустройством входной зоны, чтобы создать комфортные условия для всех посетителей, желающих покататься на коньках. Администрация парка ждёт похолодания, чтобы приступить к заливке катка.

Обычно зимой работал каток в Парке Победы за ДК имени Ленина. Пока официальной информации о его открытии не было.
