Символично и знаменательно, что должность нового заммэра по патриотике вводится в год 80-летия Победы и Года защитника Отечества, который объявил президент Владимир Путин. Видно, что для Шалабаева это крайне важное направление: он регулярно встречается с ветеранами, развивает музей СВО.
Пока неизвестно, кто конкретно станет новым заместителем главы города. Но логично предположить, что это будет участник СВО, прошедший обучение в программе «Время героев».

Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips.
