Южно-Уральским межрегиональным Управлением Росприроднадзора в рамках рассмотрения поступившего сообщения о сбросе сточных вод в реку Дёма, совместно с МЧС организовано выездное обследование в целях проведения лабораторных исследований. Специалистами филиала «ЦЛАТИ по Республике Башкортостан» ФГБУ «ЦЛАТИ по ПФО» отобраны пробы природной воды р. Дёма для проведения анализов и подготовки экспертного заключения. При поступлении результатов отобранных проб в адрес Управления, будет принято решение о принятии мер административного реагирования в отношении виновных лиц.

TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. As a result, the pandemic saw many newcomers to Telegram, including prominent anti-vaccine activists who used the app's hands-off approach to share false information on shots, a study from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue shows. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video message on Tuesday that Ukrainian forces "destroy the invaders wherever we can." He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea.
