По условиям договоров лесопользователи обязаны восстанавливать вырубленные на арендованных территориях насаждения, включая прогалины, пустыри, погибшие насаждения и вырубки прошлых лет.
Лесовосстановление – это не только посадка новых деревьев, но и сохранение во время рубок молодых и семенных деревьев и последующий уход за ними. О вновь высаженных сеянцах арендаторы обязаны заботиться от трех до пяти лет.
