🇺🇸Атомная подводная лодка «Montana» (SSN 794) совместно с эсминцами УРО «Michael Murphy» (DDG 112) и «Frank E. Petersen Jr.» (DDG 121) Тихоокеанского флота ВМС США 3 марта 2025 года вышли из ВМБ Пёрл-Харбор (штат Гавайи) для проведения учения «Black Widow 2025» (Черная вдова 2025).

В учении также примут участие подлодка «Mississippi» (SSN 782), базовые патрульные самолеты P-8A «Poseidon» из состава 4 патрульной эскадрильи (VP-4) и палубный вертолет MH-60R «Sea Hawk» из 37 вертолетной эскадрильи (HSM-37), размещенный на борту эсминца «Michael Murphy».

Учение является ежегодным и направлено на отработку практических действий экипажей кораблей и пилотов авиации ВМС США по поиску, идентификации и уничтожению подводных лодок условного противника.
