«Посольство отслеживает сообщения о том, что экстремисты планируют в ближайшее время атаковать большие собрания в Москве, включая концерты, и гражданам США следует избегать больших собраний в течение следующих 48 часов», — сообщило посольство США.

Подобная информированность вызывает вопросы.
