Для соуса: Шпинат замороженный 150 г чеснок 2-3 зубчика кокосовое молоко 100 мл вода 100 мл Соль, мускатный орех, базилик сушенный по вкусу
Обжариваем орешки на сковороде. Варим макароны. Выбирайте твёрдые сорта и варите столько времени, сколько указано на упаковке. Пока они готовятся смешиваем все ингредиенты для соуса в блендере. Готовим мидии на сковороде 5-7 мин и добавляем к ним соус. Немного потушить, добавляем макароны и все перемешиваем. При подаче посыпать орешками и украсить помидорками черри.
