Объект с площадью 16,2 тысячи квадратных метров должен появиться до декабря 2022 года. Начальная цена контракта составляет 81,2 млн рублей.
На аллее установят силовые тренажёры, площадки для занятий фитнесом, кроссфитом и воркаут-зона, в том числе и для маломобильных детей. Также будут оборудованы площадки для игры в настольный теннис, бадминтон, петанк и городки, а для велосипедистов обустроят специальные парковки.
